Professional Experience
Ms. Haber is a Manager with LitCon Group, LLC. She specializes in financial analysis and damage analysis pertaining to government contracts, construction contracts, and bid protests.
Ms. Haber joined LitCon after graduating from Lehigh University, where she was a member of the Integrated Business and Engineering Honors Program and concentrated in the field of Industrial Engineering. She has also earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Seton Hall University.
Areas of Expertise
Ms. Haber has experience working on various types of cases including government contracts, construction, commercial disputes, and healthcare injury cases. Over the course of her career, she has analyzed various types of claims including direct cost claims, total cost claims, lost profits claims, and Eichleay claims on various types of contracts including fixed-price incentive fee type contracts and firm fixed-price contracts. In addition to claims analysis, Ms. Haber has assisted clients with deposition preparation, preparation of filings, and trial preparation.
Additionally, Ms. Haber has worked on bid protest engagements with clients representing protestors and intervenors and protests filed at the Government Accountability Office and the Court of Federal Claims. Her efforts typically focus on analyzing the cost volumes, analyzing the cost realism, cost reasonableness, and/or price reasonableness analyses, assisting with developing cost arguments, and assisting with preparing declarations.
Prior to joining LitCon, Ms. Haber interned as a logistics analyst for a defense contractor. She conducted analyses on the company’s databases for various defense product lines. Based on those analyses and the contractual requirements, she made recommendations to management regarding the company’s earned value metric reporting.
