Mr. Eldridge regularly analyzes and manages extensive amounts of financial data for incurred cost reviews of damages claims involving contract default, breach of contract, and lost profits. He has assessed the validity of claimed costs based on extensive reviews of contracts, invoices, and payment support. He has quantified claim reductions based upon accounting, technical, and legal opinions. He has assisted counsel with all phases of litigation including the document discovery process, depositions, settlement hearings, and trial.
