Ms. Grody is a Manager with LitCon Group, LLC. She specializes in financial analysis, investigations, and forensic accounting matters. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. Ms. Grody received a B.S. in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Areas of Expertise
Ms. Grody has provided support to both civil and criminal cases involving healthcare fraud, money laundering, bribery, and a variety of commercial litigation matters. Her involvement includes performing document review, asset location, funds tracing, and open-source research. Ms. Grody has worked closely with attorneys and law enforcement throughout the investigative process to communicate key findings that impact investigative and prosecutorial decisions.

In addition to her investigative experience, Ms. Grody has assisted on damages analyses related to construction, government contracts, and other commercial matters. She has assessed damages related to construction delays, breach of contract, and increased costs.

Ms. Grody has designed and performed financial analyses for use in expert reports and other work papers. Ms. Grody has experience creating exhibits for use in federal court proceedings to summarize key findings and illustrate financial activity. She has assisted with large data analytic projects to identify potential outliers and anomalies for investigation.

Prior to joining LitCon, Ms. Grody was a consultant in the forensic accounting and litigation support group of a public accounting firm.
