Joseph M. Andres
Mr. Andres has over twenty-five years of construction and consulting experience, specializing in providing consultation on construction and government contract disputes involving delay and disruption, CPM scheduling, project management and litigation support. He has authored expert reports and provided expert testimony in both depositions and trial. He has testified as an expert on scheduling and delay analysis before various boards, state and U.S. District Courts. Mr. Andres has also provided various litigation support services including deposition preparation and attendance, trial exhibit preparation, and settlement assistance.
Areas of Expertise
Mr. Andres’s experience includes developing affirmative schedule delay claims and rebutting delay claims prepared by others. He has provided these services to contractors, private owners, design professionals, and government agencies. His experience encompasses a wide variety of construction projects and government contracts, including commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects and aerospace/defense contracts. He has analyzed claims ranging from $100,000 to over $50 million.
Mr. Andres has provided delay analyses on a wide variety of construction projects. Mr. Andres’s consulting engagements have included new construction, expansion of existing facilities, and modifications/rehabilitation of existing facilities. He has worked on projects within the U.S. and at several overseas locations.
Mr. Andres has analyzed delays, disruption, lost productivity and damages on a variety of projects including: fossil-fueled power plants, chemical facilities, upstream and downstream oil & gas projects, highways and bridges, hotels, hospitals, educational facilities, commercial and governmental buildings, and water and wastewater treatment facilities, among others.
