Professional Experience
Ms. Moser is a Manager with LitCon Group, LLC. She specializes in schedule delay analysis in matters involving commercial and government contracts. She joined LitCon after graduating from University of Maryland, College Park with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Areas of Expertise
Ms. Moser has performed document review and analysis on construction delay and disruption disputes. She has assisted in locating key documents, creating chronologies, summaries, and attachments to be referenced in expert reports. She has assisted counsel with managing exhibit lists and document retrieval during trial as well as preparing demonstratives for trial. She is proficient in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Prior to joining LitCon, Ms. Moser worked as an intern for various general contracting firms. She created and updated schedules, managed the submittal and RFI processes, as well as assisted in writing proposals and subcontracts. She has also worked in procurement for international construction projects.
