Mr. Krantz has over twenty years of experience, assisting clients with the utilizing technology, AI, and data analytics to deliver defensible, cost-effective eDiscovery and investigative solutions.  He has consulted clients on search, technology selection, workflow design and the practical application of AI and data analytics.  In addition to consulting, he gained extensive experience as CEO and co-founder of a leading eDiscovery and data analytics technology company, overseeing all aspects of the business, including product delivery.

Mr. Krantz’s experience covers a wide range of industries including healthcare, telecommunications, financial services, technology, life sciences and energy.  He has assisted Fortune 500 clients and counsel in a variety of practice areas with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, antitrust, SEC enforcement, regulatory investigations, white-collar investigations, and litigation.

Mr. Krantz consults on workflow development, and the utilization of AI and data analytics technologies for the identification of key case documents, data reduction, and responsiveness review.  His consulting engagements have included technology assisted review, privilege ranking, and key document identification related to early case assessment, narrative support, merits review, deposition prep, and whitepaper development.
