Andrew Creedon is a Senior Manager with LitCon Group, LLC. Mr. Creedon specializes in financial analysis, internal control assessment, and accounting services for clients in government contracting, construction, defense industries and for non-profits and for government entities. Mr. Creedon is a certified public accountant in Virginia.

Areas of Expertise
Mr. Creedon has analyzed claims related to contract disputes and reconciled post sale documentation to ongoing business transactions. He performed reconciliations between the general ledger, invoices, payments, and business sale documentation.

Mr. Creedon has created and analyzed large databases used in the creation of expert reports and supporting workpapers. He also has assisted on projects with eDiscovery and has performed detailed document reviews and identified pertinent case information to support or rebut claims. He has provided input on lines of questions to use in depositions and document requests.

Mr. Creedon has developed complex financial models for government entities to accurately identify assets, apply various capitalization policies, identify incorrectly capitalized assets, and depreciated capitalized assets. Mr. Creedon has provided financial analysis and compliance testing over multi-billion asset and revenue accounts. He has experience in internal controls where he documented, assessed, and developed test plans for key and non-key controls. He has provided audit services and made recommendations for best practices related to the client’s industry.
