Project control services include tracking and reviewing cost and schedule data, including bids, budgets, cost estimates and change orders, and report on both a program level and project level.

Schedule Development/Management

Prepare and update CPM schedules that help plan, monitor, and control the project by showing calculating and analyzing dependencies, durations, and milestones of each task, and highlighting the critical path that determines the project completion date. Used a management tool a CPM schedule is effective in managing costs, performance and providing accurate contemporaneous records for dispute resolution, time extension requests and change order evaluation.

Preconstruction Assessments

Pre-construction services give contractors and owners the opportunity to evaluate the entire project and create a plan that will take it all the way through its conclusion: the post-construction phase. This is a major cost-saving opportunity that will allow a construction project to flow more smoothly. Services include Plan review and constructability analysis • Value engineering and recommendations for cost savings • Preparation of Contractor bid packages.

Construction Administration

Services include Schedule, budget and cash flow tracking • On-site construction monitoring and quality reporting • Management and coordination of the Design Team and Contractor, including requests for information and submittals • Organization and leadership of weekly Owner/Architect/Engineer/Contractor meetings • Progress reports with site photos and project updates • Payment application review for accuracy and financial control • Change order review for necessity and conformance with contract terms • Contract administration • Maintenance of project documentation
