Elizabeth Custodio is a Consultant with LitCon Group, LLC. Ms. Custodio specializes in eDiscovery, damages analysis, Government contracts, and disputes in the construction industry.
Prior to joining LitCon, Ms. Custodio worked at the American Society of Civil Engineers, where she supported the conferences & meetings department by coordinating with vendors, developing email marketing campaigns, and preparing weekly data analyses. Ms. Custodio also worked with the Chinese Department at the Library of Congress.
Areas of Expertise
Ms. Custodio has performed analyses on extensive damages and delay claims relating to Government contracts and large construction projects. Additionally, Ms. Custodio developed analyses relating to incurred cost claims and subcontractor disputes in the construction industry. She has experience in reviewing Change Orders, Payment Applications, and other construction documents used in the design of detailed analyses. Ms. Custodio has also created and worked with large databases that are used in the creation of expert reports and supporting workpapers.
She has assisted on projects with eDiscovery, and has performed detailed document reviews, identifying pertinent information used to support depositions and affirmative claims, and to rebut claims.
