David M. Anderson
Mr. Anderson has over fifteen years of construction management experience. He served as a construction project manager for both contractors and owners on a variety of commercial building, highway, and bridge projects. His consulting experience includes performing schedule delay analysis, project performance analysis, and litigation support.
Areas of Expertise
Mr. Anderson specializes in construction scheduling analysis, construction claims, and project management. He is involved with analyzing construction delays and construction claims for ongoing and completed projects. He performs critical path analysis for as-planned and as-built schedules to determine causes of delays, and he is proficient with Primavera P6 scheduling software. He assisted with delay analysis on a variety of projects including: bridges, highways, commercial buildings, mass transit, canals, power plants, and nuclear processing facilities.
He is experienced with all aspects of construction management. He has managed transportation projects that involved new highway construction, roadway rehabilitation, and bridge construction. He evaluated submittals and requests for information, reviewed and approved change orders and pay requests, and monitored on site quality control and safety programs. He also conducted project progress meetings, developed reports, and monitored project schedules.
