Mr. Eldridge regularly analyzes and manages extensive amounts of financial data for incurred cost reviews of damages claims involving contract default, breach of contract, and lost profits. He has quantified claim reductions based upon accounting, technical, and legal opinions. He has assisted counsel with the document discovery process, depositions, and preparation for trial.
Mr. Eldridge has experience with the preparation of damages claims and requests for equitable adjustments.
